Meet the Board

Kevin Solomon

Chief Marketing Officer

UConn Class: 2014
Degree: Digital Media and Design

Born and raised in New Jersey, Kevin graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Business in 2014 and received his Master’s degree from the Digital Media and Design program in 2015. Kevin is a former baseball player at UConn, having played for Jim Penders. He is one of the founding members of Husky Ticket Project and current member of the Board.

Kevin began his career working in the UConn Athletic Marketing Department as a Marketing and Graduate Assistant. Currently, Kevin works as a Marketing and Advertising Lead for Verizon’s social media channels. He currently resides in Glen Rock, NJ with his wife Meghan. He can usually be found on Saturday mornings at The Rent in the fall. 

Kevin’s serves as the Chief Marketing Officer for HTP. He is responsible for all things social media, PR, donor outreach, fundraising, partnerships and event planning. Kevin Kortsep

Chief Relationship Manager

UConn Class: 2012
Degree: Healthcare Management

Born and raised in North Haven, CT, Kevin graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Business in 2012. He is one of the founding members of Husky Ticket Project and current member of the Board.

Outside of HTP, Kevin is a sales professional in the financial services industry; currently at SS&C Intralinks and previously at insurance broker Willis Towers Watson. He currently resides in Garden City, NY with his wife Janine and two daughters, Caroline (3) and Mackenzie (1).

Jeremy Longobardi

Chief Financial Officer

UConn Class: 2012
Degree: Accounting

Jeremy is a 2012 graduate from the University of Connecticut School of Business undergrad who went on to get a Masters of Science in Accounting from UConn in 2013. He is one of the founding members of Husky Ticket Project and a current member of the Board. He grew up in Orange, CT and currently resides in Stamford, CT with his wife, Amanda. 

Outside of HTP, Jeremy works for a Fintech company in Jersey City called Dash Financial Technologies, where he is an Accounting Manager for multiple business units where he reports directly to the CFO.

Jeremy is a Certified Public Accountant who serves as the Chief Financial Officer for HTP handling the budget and finances.


Matt Necci

Board Member

UConn Class: 2003
Degree: Law

Matthew Necci is a 2003 graduate of the University of Connecticut, where he was a member of the university’s rugby team.  A litigator by trade, Matt’s practice focuses on the areas of workers’ compensation and labor & employment matters. He also functions as an outside general counsel for business clients.

Outside of the office, Matt believes service to others is paramount to the success of an engaged and vibrant community.  In addition to his work with the Husky Ticket Project, Matt is the Chairman of the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Connecticut.  He also serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the City of Hartford’s Chamber of Commerce. In 2021, Governor Ned Lamont nominated Matt to the State of Connecticut’s Insurance Risk Management Board, for which he currently serves as Vice Chair.

Matt lives in Glastonbury with his wife, Jen, and their daughters, Abigail and Riley.


Jared Marulli

Chief Technology Officer

UConn Class: 2012
Degree: Finance

Jared graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Business in 2012 with a degree in Finance. He grew up in Orange, CT and is a lifelong fan of UConn and its athletics.

Currently, Jared works as the manager of an application support team at the Royal Bank of Canada with offices in Jersey City and New York City, where he resides. In addition to his work for HTP, Jared volunteers through several charitable initiatives via RBC including RBC Race for the Kids.
